Cat Grooming Service Note
Most cats do not tolerate bathing well, so if your cat is healthy there is usually no reason to give your cat a bath. In cases of matting, we will perform a ‘lion cut”, leaving your cat with fur on the head, tail, and lower legs. We may need to see your cat in person to give you cost for services.

Safety
Your pet’s safety and comfort is our primary concern. Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities or pre-existing medical conditions that we need to be informed of.
Please always leash your dog for their safety.
Appointment Needs
Prior to your appointment, we will need proof of up to date vaccinations from your Veterinarian. You may bring the records in person or have your Vet fax/email them directly to us.
Cancellations
Cancellations without 24 hour notice will be considered a No-Show.
No Call / No Show
$25 fee per pet deposit (expected at re-scheduling of next appointment).
3 No-Shows will require all appointments to be paid in full in advance.
Late Pickup
Late pickup results in a fee of $20 for every 30 minutes.
